It has good bacteria for the gi tract, a lot of things do though, and its’s not usually an issue, your gut is already fully colonized so new good bacteria can’t get a foothold usually anyway. It’s only after antibiotic usage that it’s a big concern usually.
Kefir, which is similar, does wonders for complaining stomach. But only short-term, alas.
