      Where else can you both fire someone on the spot and sue for religious discrimination?

        Canada, if it’s day one. There’s a 3 month probation period where the requirements before you can fire someone are non-existent, though you still can’t fire someone for illegal reasons.

        Australia, you can fire pretty easily depending on contracts, and definitely get sued for religious discrimination.
