I’m sorry you have Samsung; mine broke before hitting 10 years old. Samsung didn’t make parts anymore. But the Whirpool washer I bought at the same time had a plethora of parts readily available.
I had to find someone on eBay that could fix the part.
My rule after that is if the company has ever made a TV or a cell phone I’ll never buy their appliance.
You’ve still got time for them to break when they’re not making parts anymore but they should be because it’s an allowance and there should be a minimum of 10 years of supports/parts.
