      No. As the others have said, it’s similar to human smegma. The difference here is that the surface of the horse penis is kept slightly more moist naturally, but it’s ‘inside’ of the sheath. That leads to much larger accumulations of the material in question, because they have a ‘giant’ foreskin that the stuff can be held in by.
