Buying supplements, accessories, etc helps keep tabletop gaming alive. AI is an infrastructure-destroying parasite which plagiarized those same products. These are not in any way equivocal.

Leaving the parts of your campaign that don’t have any meaning blank is more respectful of the players than filling it with slop.
