Is it best to avoid getting kicked in the nuts prior to having surgery performed on them?
The balls themself are discarded but the scrotum skin is used, so I imagine having that bruised would cause issues
I’m pretty sure they do the bilateral orchiectomy, then let you recover, then do bottom surgery? Maybe? Maybe not
I had everything done at once there wasn’t any kind of partly done with recovery in between
Depends on the surgeon and your own preferences. I’ll likely be getting an orchio beforehand because surgery waiting lists for vaginoplasty are 3+ years for my preference of surgeon
I’m curious about the “flute accompaniment.” What tune will they play for the big moment?
There’s a video of it out somewhere. It was pretty freakin’ brutal.
Holy shit, I did not realize this was real
Why wouldn’t it be?
Well, one, because the flyer looks like a joke/spoof, and it’s using an image with the Shutterstock watermark in it. I thought it was a joke because it looks like a joke.
And two, because as someone with danglies, it’s hard to imagine wanting to be kicked in the danglies. Lol
Then again, are you planning to get rid the aforementioned danglies ? If not, how could you properly get in her boots ?
One should hope
If you have a massive inflammation doesn’t that compromise the surgery?
I heard November Kelly talking about it and her saying she took tons of pictures.
Omg November Kelly mentioned!
That does absolutely track tho lol

Lots of cis men don’t have any balls - see: Andrew Tate
You pay for the surgery and you can have my balls
